By accepting these terms and conditions, you’re entering into a contract with TRS Safety Training which is a trading name of Radio Structures Limited. Our registered office is at 11a Gatelodge Close, Round Spinney, Northampton NN3 8RJ.

These terms and the booking process you’ve gone through, subject to our website terms of use, make up the entire agreement between TRS Safety Training and you. The agreement is that you’re requesting a place onto the course/s you’ve chosen, and you agree to pay any charge that this incurs.

The language of the booking process and booking contract created will be in English. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that English law shall apply to these terms and to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if a dispute arises.

We may change these Course booking terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any subsequent booking requests you may make will be subject to those changes.

All course details on our website are correct at the time of being published. TRS Safety Training reserves the right to make appropriate changes as needed. Any discounted ticket prices are only available during special offer promotions.

We may promote additional courses that have no association with TRS Safety Training but may be of interest to the profession. We won’t be held liable for these courses.


You must use accurate personal details when you book onto a course, and must not attempt to impersonate someone else to benefit from a different price/discount that may be limited to a specific person(s).

You can only book places for yourself or collegues. To make a large group booking contact our Bookings team by the contact page, or calling 01604 790005 .

We’ll keep a copy of your booking details and summarise these in an email to you that confirms your booking. It’s your responsibility to check this email carefully and let us know if anything isn’t right. You must keep a copy of the confirmation for your records.

Attendance data will be used for course administration and to help networking amongst attendees at the course. We may also use your contact details to let you know about courses and events that may help your professional development.


Payment for courses can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order.

Credit and debit cards will be authorised against the transaction when you submit your order.

All credit and debit card payments are securely processed online using Paypal. We never store any credit or debit card details on our website. Remember, check the card details you give to Paypal. If they are not correct, or if your credit/debit card company doesn’t allow the transaction, they won’t be able to process your payment and we won’t be able to process your order.

Paypal will send you an email confirming the amount that has been charged to your card.

Please don’t send us any credit/debit card details in an email as we can’t accept responsibility if your email gets lost or intercepted. We can however take a payment over the telephone, please contact our bookings team on 01604 790005.


We may take photographs and video footage during courses and use these in future marketing. If you don’t want to be photographed or filmed, you’ll need to make course staff aware of this when you arrive for registration.


Course attendees should keep their personal belongings with them at all times. We accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss (including, without limitation, theft) of any property occasioned on our premises or at external venues where we’re hosting courses, unless the damage has been caused by our negligence, in which circumstances our liability shall be limited to the amount of our insurance for such losses.

We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss or any other loss or damage which doesn’t result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract was formed.


Please let us know in writing that you need to cancel your booking by calling 01604 790005, or a letter to The Bookings team, TRS Safety Training, 11a Gatelodge Close, Round Spinney, Northampton NN3 8RJ.


You have a right to cancel and get a full refund if we receive your cancellation within 7 working days (the ‘cooling off’ period) of your booking as long as this is before the course has taken place.

Once the cooling off period is over, we can’t give you a refund if your course ticket is priced £100 (including VAT) or less.

If your course is priced £100.01 (including VAT) or more and we receive your cancellation request:

  • more than 28 days before the event is taking place, we’ll give you a full refund
  • between 15-27 days before the course is taking place, we’ll refund 50 per cent of the course booking price
  • 14 days or less before the course is taking place, we can’t refund any of the course booking price.
  • Outside of these terms, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of TRS Safety Training management.


TRS Safety Training reserves the right to cancel any of our courses. If we need to cancel a course we’ll offer you a full booking refund or, if you prefer, transfer your booking to a similar course or re-schedule.

If we cancel a course, we can’t reimburse you for any associated expenses, eg travel or accommodation costs. Accommodation will only be reimbursed if arranged by TRS Safety Training as part of your booking.

TRS Safety Training also reserves the right to amend events as required. We’ll contact you to let you know of any significant changes.


TRS Safety Training can’t be held liable for cancellations or refunds for related events that are or have been advertised on an TRS Safety Training website.
