Gary Denton - Training Manager

With over 40 years of experience from an extensive working background, initially coming from an Army background and then working in the following industry fields, Security, Scaffolding and general construction,Telecoms, Freelance Instructor working with the Emergency services, Confined Space Rescue and Technician, Rope Access, First Aid and Outdoor Adventure industry.

He has a great understanding of how to adapt a training session to suit the needs of the client. Gary believes that every day is a learning day whether you’re a student or Instructor. He prides himself in the safety of his clients and that his clients employers know the students are being taught safe, current and best practice.

Some of his qualifications and certifications range from level 7 Dip in Health and Safety, Levels 6 in Education and Training, Qualified / Certified First Aid Instructor and FPOS / First Aid Responder with Advanced Trauma first aid Management. A current ProTrainings First Aid and Health and Safety Instructor.

Gary is a member of various professional organisations including Fellow member of the Institute of Search and Technical Rescue Instructors, International Rescue Instructors Alliance, Assn of Water rescue Professionals, International Technical Rescue Instructors Authority and Mountain Leaders Training Board.
