Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00. An email or telephone call confirmation will be issued to state that an order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before prior notification.
Free Shipping terms
We offer free over £400 +VAT shipping
Any order that requires to be bulk shipped on a pallet is not covered by free carriage.
FREE over £400 +VAT carriage only applies to UK mainland due to restrictions with our UK carriers terms and conditions, should an order be placed outside of this range the order will be held and contact made, this may require freight cost quotes being obtained, we aim to add a description on all products that may not be eligible for the free carriage due to length.
Damaged or missing parts
You have 24 hours after delivery to notify us of any damages or missing parts.
Missing items must be checked against paperwork, the items you should you receive are noted on your delivery note. If this does not match your delivery you must note it on the paperwork and report it within 24hours. Please ensure your order is checked against your original order document.
Anything reported outside the 24 hour time frame will unfortunately be chargeable and / or void of any claim for damage or missing items
Faulty items will need to be returned back to our Northampton depot.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free over £400 +VAT shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
